Cashout
New Expense tracker for Android

Know where your money goes.

Type or say what you spent, snap a receipt, or split a bill with friends. Cashout files it, adds it up and shows you where it all went.

Log in seconds

Just say what you spent.

No forms to fill. Write it the way you’d text a friend and Cashout picks out the title, amount, category and date.

  • Add a few at once. “chai 20, samosa 30, auto 60” becomes three expenses.
  • Tap the mic and talk in English, Hindi or a mix of both.
  • Prefer typing it in? The add form has a built-in calculator and remembers your titles.
Splitting a ₹1,845 DMart receipt by item between three flatmates
Scan and split

Snap the bill. Split it by item.

Point the camera at a receipt. Cashout reads the store, total, date and every line, then suggests who had what, based on how you split before.

  • The photo stays with the expense, so you can find it later.
  • Split equally, by amounts, percentages, shares or item by item.
The Flat 4B group: you’re owed ₹670, with balances for each flatmate
Shared groups

Groups that keep score for you.

Make a group for your flat, a trip or the family and invite people by their Google email. Everyone sees the same numbers.

  • See who owes whom at a glance and record settle-ups.
  • Send a gentle reminder when someone’s behind.
  • Get a notification when someone adds an expense or settles up.
The Plan tab: ₹13,325 left to spend in October, with budgets and recurring bills
Plan ahead

Know what’s left before the month ends.

Set a monthly budget, overall or per category. Cashout counts the bills still to come, so “left to spend” really means left.

  • Rent, recharges and subscriptions are added on the due date, or you get a reminder first.
  • Any schedule works: monthly, every 90 days, yearly, or until a date you pick.
